Park Avenue Cafe

This is one of the hottest destination restaurants with six locations in New York and two in Chicago. This is a chain on the move. Created by the same management team as Smith and Wolensky, Park Avenue Cafe is truly food at "Art," starting with the most creative bread basket to the best corn bread around.

The actual menu is much more limited than just steaks and chops. Each item is carefully detailed. Some of the best items are the seared salmon and poached Chilean sea bass. Side dishes are tasty but a little pricey. It is a destination to be seen and to experiment. The Park Avenue Cafe is more of a culinary experience than you might expect. Make room for desserts, prepared by Chef Michael Weinreb, which are different every night.

Moving over to priorities, the Park Avenue Cafe has one of the best wine lists in Chicago. Emphasis on California as you would expect from this American style restaurant.

Cigar Smoking is limited to the bar area on the ground level. Nice bar--good atmosphere and a wide selection of all our necessities.
